I've very bad at introductions.

I'm Charles, creator behind PriceFilmPhoto and Small Bear Studios. I come from a small, suburban town in central Pennsylvania.

My photography and video journey started way before I knew how to work cameras. A digital VHS camera that was too big for my shoulders was my first camera I remember having. Years later, I became infatuated with cinema and film, but never knew how exactly to pursue it. Throughout my teenage years in late 2000s and early 2010s, my friends formed a group reminiscent of the "Jackass" franchise (starring actors like Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O) - and we called ourselves "The Hazards" (very aptly put if you asked our parents with all the trouble we got into).

Around age twenty-one, I decided to finally purchase my first "big boy" film camera - A Panasonic G7 - with the intent of getting more family pictures and video. I was going to start with documenting my grandfather, Nunzio. It was with a heavy heart that just a month later, my grandfather would pass, and I had missed the opportunity to be able to capture more of the person I love. 

Today, or as of 2020, I decided to put the pedal to the metal - or hoof to ground - in starting my film and photography business; PriceFilmPhoto with my Youtube Channel and this website.

My goal as a videographer and photographer is to make sure YOU get those moments that I missed in my life. You can rest safe with the knowledge that I will always capture those little moments that you miss while living life.​
